  • 1 package baby bok choy, ends trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Stir-fry the beef for about 3-5 minutes until browned but tender; remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
