- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 package baby bok choy, ends trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
- Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Stir-fry the beef for about 3-5 minutes until browned but tender; remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
