  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Flaky Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine browned butter with granulated and light brown sugars. Add egg yolk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
