  • 12 oz twisted pasta (like rotini or fusilli)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese (for extra creaminess)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
