  • 4 chicken apple sausages
  • 24 oz baby potato medley
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the baby potatoes and broccoli. Slice the chicken apple sausages.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss chopped potatoes and carrots with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder (1 tsp), onion powder (1 tsp), paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix broccoli with remaining olive oil (1 tbsp) and seasonings. After the first roast, add broccoli to the baking sheet alongside the potatoes and carrots.
  6. Roast for another 10 minutes.
  7. Create space on the pan and add sliced chicken apple sausage. Roast for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Drizzle maple syrup over everything and roast for another final 10 minutes before serving.
