  • 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb penne pasta

  4. Stir in thawed spinach; cook until heated through. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese, then return the chicken and penne to the skillet, tossing everything together. If needed, adjust thickness with reserved pasta water.
