Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast
  • Broccoli florets
  • Red bell pepper
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Green beans

  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast and sauté until golden brown (about 5–7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, and green beans. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
