  • 68 croissants
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz claw crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup shallot (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (minced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (paste or minced)
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Gently fold in lump and claw crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, shallots, parsley, chives, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Slice each croissant in half and fill generously with the crab mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt; brush over filled croissants.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
