Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9×5-inch loaf pans with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add one egg and vanilla extract; mix well, then stir in flour.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas, then mix in melted butter and both sugars. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream; combine until smooth.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl before gradually adding it to the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour half the batter into each pan, top with cream cheese filling, then cover with remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with slight moisture.
