  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mash ripe bananas; whisk in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. To make the cream cheese filling, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
