  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently to simmer until slightly thickened. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta to the sauce; toss until well coated.
