  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Dice the potatoes into small pieces.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, and potatoes. Stir well.
