  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 810 oz medium egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme
  • 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by chopping the onion, celery, and carrots.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the crockpot along with the chopped vegetables. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions. Drain well.
  6. Shred or cube the chicken and return it to the crockpot along with the cooked noodles and heavy cream; mix thoroughly.
  7. Serve garnished with dried parsley as desired.
