  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
