  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

Instructions
