  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Flatten each biscuit from the can into small circles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Place the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining garlic powder.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
