  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Christmas sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and butter the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk while stirring constantly until heated (do not boil).
  3. Add white chocolate chips to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, vanilla extract, and ground cloves. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves (about 10 minutes).
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set before cutting into squares.
