  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ lb raw peeled shrimp
  • 2 avocados (mashed)
  • 1/2 small bunch cilantro (minced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 34 tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (minced)
  • ½ medium red onion (minced)
  • 1/2 small bunch of cilantro (minced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp marinade by mixing spices and olive oil in a bowl. Toss shrimp until coated.
  2. In another bowl, mash avocados and mix in cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper for guacamole.
  3. Combine diced tomatoes, garlic, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro in a separate bowl for pico de gallo.
  4. Grill the marinated shrimp on medium heat until opaque (about 1-2 minutes per side).
