  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Line a cutting board with parchment paper. Transfer the cookie dough mixture onto the parchment and press down firmly to about 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals until smooth.
