  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and steep 2 chai tea bags for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. Remove the tea bags from the saucepan and mix the brewed chai with the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the iced pumpkin chai mixture over them.
