  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 200 g butter or baking spread
  • 150 g golden syrup
  • 100 g malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
  • 75 g mini vegan marshmallows (gelatin-free)
  • 200 g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square tin with baking paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a saucepan, melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup over low heat until smooth. Cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, and Maltesers.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until everything is coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the lined tin, smoothing the top and adding any leftover chocolate to fill gaps.
  6. Top with remaining Maltesers and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Once set, slice into pieces and enjoy!
