  • 2 cups cooked & shredded organic chicken breasts
  • 1 package (16 oz.) potato gnocchi
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 1.5 cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp organic all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp organic tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp cooking apple vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed
  • 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan
  • 1 Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour to create a roux; cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken, Tuscan spices, sundried tomatoes, and tomato paste; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat and mix in heavy cream and apple vinegar.
  6. Add gnocchi and cook as per package instructions until they float.
  7. Stir in kale and grated Parmesan; simmer briefly before serving hot.
