- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 10 drops red food color
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candy canes
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add red food color, vanilla essence, and peppermint flavoring; mix well. Fold in crushed candy canes gently.
