  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (quartered)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well, then stir in the vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in oats, cranberries, pecans, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet with space between each.
