  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 300g fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly and place them in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add them to the baking dish after 20 minutes.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
