  • 23 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: Spinach, Kale, Zucchini
