Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 rustic bread boule

  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut off the top quarter of the bread boule and hollow out the center, leaving a thick wall.
  3. Make cuts around the edge of the bread about 1.5 inches apart without cutting all the way through.
  4. Brush olive oil inside the hollowed-out bread and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer half of the thyme leaves inside, place the brie in the center, top with remaining thyme, then spoon over cranberry sauce.
  6. Replace the top piece of bread and bake on a lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes until warmed through.
