  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 18.3 ounces fudge brownie mix (1 box)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lightly spraying or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, one egg, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl gently.
  5. Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and create another swirl pattern.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set in the center. Allow to cool before cutting.
