Create a festive Pumpkin Cheese Ball that’s perfect for fall gatherings! This delicious appetizer is easy to make and sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on the counter.
  3. Sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto the cling wrap for the base.
  4. Place the cheese mixture over the shredded cheese and cover with the remaining cheddar.
  5. Wrap tightly with cling wrap to form a rounded shape.
  6. Use rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape around the wrapped cheese ball.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and unwrap carefully. Top with a bell pepper stem and serve.
