  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8 Pyrex dish. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding as per package instructions using half the recommended milk. Fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip, then spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
