  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • Optional: Squeeze of lemon juice or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  3. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Sauté green beans in a small skillet with olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Steam broccoli in a steamer basket for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp; season lightly.
