  • 1 Small Red Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Small Avocado (pitted and cut into chunks)
  • ½ cup Fresh Basil Leaves (roughly chopped)
  • ¼ cup Parsley (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Finely chop onion, garlic, and red chili. Roughly chop herbs and avocado, squeezing lemon juice over the avocado.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, chili, cumin, coriander, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
  5. For the green dip, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
