  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone into circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. Top each meatball with cheese and an olive slice to create eyeballs; return to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and warm the marinara sauce.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with eyeball meatballs.
