  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 8 slices nitrate-free turkey bacon
  • 4 large hardboiled eggs
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 medium ripe avocado (for dressing)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons plain almond milk
  • Cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy; crumble into bite-sized pieces. Hardboil eggs using your preferred method.
  2. Season steak with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill to medium-high heat and add oil.
  3. Cook steak for about 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Rest covered for 10 minutes before slicing.
