  • 2 cups low sodium beef broth
  • ⅔ cup long grain white rice
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
