  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz stuffing mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, ground sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce until mixed well.
  3. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared pan and press down evenly.
  5. Spread the remaining cranberry sauce over the top of the meat mixture.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (approximately 50-55 minutes).
  7. Allow resting for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
