Scale
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • thin tomato slices (from 1 medium red tomato)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Gather and slice the tomato thinly; set aside.
  2. Spread honey mustard on one side of each sourdough slice.
  3. Layer cheese on two slices, followed by turkey, tomato, spinach, and cooked turkey. Top with another slice of cheese and cover with remaining bread (mustard side down).

  5. Remove from heat, slice if desired, and serve hot.
