  • 3 slices thick cut turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup beef steak (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 1 chicken breast (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound farfalle or penne pasta
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, heat medium-high and add chopped turkey bacon, onion, bell pepper, and celery; cook until soft.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional three minutes.
  3. Stir in cubed beef steak and sliced sausage; cook until browned.
  4. Incorporate chicken thighs and breast along with diced tomatoes and Creole seasoning; continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
  5. Pour in water, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup; let simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in dry pasta and bring to a boil; press noodles down to submerge them.
  7. Cover and bake at 300°F for one hour; let sit for ten minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot topped with chopped green onions.
