  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  2. Arrange sliced zucchini in a single layer at the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle oregano over them.
  3. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the zucchini, followed by half of the marinara sauce. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella to create a cheesy crust.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
